The Mission
To create a modern logistics management platform for a large shipping company operating in regions with limited connectivity and infrastructure. The team had to build a complete system, including a mobile app for truck drivers and a cloud-based backend, that could manage the entire delivery process. The solution needed to overcome specific technical obstacles, such as efficiently displaying thousands of delivery points with a proprietary geo-clustering tool, enabling drivers to use offline maps and a pit-stop planner in areas without internet access, and developing a custom in-house messaging system due to the unavailability of reliable third-party providers.
The Solution
